Plants:
Due to the living nature of plants, we only accept returns for plants that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive a plant that is visibly damaged or dead upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic proof of the issue. This will help us expedite the return process.
Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery (such as incorrect watering, exposure to extreme temperatures, or neglect) are not eligible for return. We recommend reviewing our plant care instructions for proper maintenance to ensure the longevity of your plants.Non-Plant Products (such as planters, garden tools, and accessories):
These items can be returned within 14 days as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If the item has been opened or used, we will be unable to accept a return.Sale and Clearance Items:
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Please check the product page for specific return details related to promotional items.Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Initiating a Return

Pack the Item: For non-plant items, please securely package the product in its original packaging. Plants must be packaged in a manner that protects them from damage during transit. We recommend placing plants in a sturdy box with protective padding to avoid injury during the shipping process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as BoldlyHato is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the return and issue your refund or replacement. If the return is approved, we will notify you via email.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund. Please note that:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The refund amount will be the cost of the product(s) minus any shipping fees paid at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Resolution: If the damage is deemed our fault or the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and either issue a refund or send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at BoldlyHato. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item. Once the return has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, and you can purchase the desired item at full price.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Used or opened plant care products (such as fertilizers or pesticides)
- Sale, clearance, or final sale items, unless defective
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved planters)
